How do I book a session?
You can book your session by clicking here. Once you submit your request, you’ll receive an email with the available packages for your chosen session. Simply reply with your selected package, and I’ll check availability. If your date is open, I’ll send you a booking proposal to complete. A 25% deposit is required to secure your session date.
Where are you located?
My home studio is based in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort.
What should we wear?
I have compiled a PDF Guide to assist clients with putting outfits together. Feel free to download it. I also send clients a link to my Pinterest Board when booking your photoshoot to further assist clients.

Newborn Sessions
When should I schedule my newborn session?
Newborn sessions are best done between 6-14 days old while your baby is still sleepy and easily posed. So the sooner you book the better, however I will always try and accommodate last minute bookings.
What if my baby is older than 14 days?
That’s okay! I offer baby sessions for little ones up to 3 months old.
Do you provide props?
Yes, all props are handmade and supplied by me, ensuring a soft, cozy, and safe experience.
Baby & Sitter Sessions
What age is best for a baby session?
Baby sessions are perfect for 1-3 month olds, especially for those who missed the newborn stage.
What is a sitter session?
Sitter sessions are designed for babies who can sit unassisted, usually between 6-9 months. This is a great time to capture smiles, chubby cheeks, and playful expressions. These photo sessions are styled and outfits are profided by the studio.
Cake Smash & Birthday Celebration Sessions
When should I book a cake smash session?
Cake smash sessions are best scheduled a few weeks before your baby’s first birthday to have images ready for their special day.
Do I need to bring a cake?
No, my packages are designed to include both the cake and décor for the session, so everything is beautifully coordinated. The only thing you need to purchase separately is an outfit for your little one.
Can family members be part of the birthday celebration session?
It depends on the package you select. Package B and C offers a mini family shoot before your little one smashes the cake. This usually includes mom, dad and sibling. Special arrangements need to be made if grandparents want to join.
Family Studio and Outdoor
What’s the difference between a studio and outdoor session?
Studio sessions are more polished with professional lighting, while outdoor sessions are more natural and relaxed. Studio sessions can be done anytime during the day where outdoor shoots are booked at 4pm.
How do I prepare young kids for a family session?
Make sure they are well-rested, fed, and keep the session fun! I create a relaxed environment to capture posed as well as natural moments.
Can we include extended family?
Yes, my packages are created to accomidate small and larger families.
Headshots & Personal Branding
What should I wear for a headshot session?
Wear solid colors or simple patterns that reflect your brand. Avoid overly busy prints and logos.
Can I have multiple outfit changes?
Yes! Depending on you package, I recommend bringing 2-3 outfit options for variety.
Do you offer professional hair and makeup?
Yes and no. It depends on the package you select for you shoot. I can also recommend the makeup artist if you choose a package where she is not included.
