This newborn baby girl photoshoot in my Roodepoort home studio was soft, calm, and incredibly special. Dressed in handmade outfits created by the photographer, the session focused on natural tones with gentle splashes of colour, creating timeless and delicate images.

The baby was tiny, making every pose feel extra precious. Newborn sessions like these are always a reminder of how fleeting this stage truly is. 

It was also wonderful to photograph this family again after capturing mom’s maternity shoot. Seeing the journey come full circle — from pregnancy to holding a newborn in your arms — is one of the most meaningful parts of newborn photography.
