We use the personal information collected from you to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with your regarding your photographs and other related products and services. Personal information we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

We don’t allow comments on our website.

Media

We don’t allow clients to upload media. We do however post media on our blog and website and rename images to suite the content, but no personal details of the clients is mentioned.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We do use google analytics to track client behavior. We generally focus on if we do receive traffic and we look at visitor flow to see which information prospect clients are looking for most.

How long we retain your data

We mainly store the personal information prospect clients provide when submitting a request to further communicate with the client. We keep the data indefinitely in case clients contact us in the future to book another photo session. Website administrators can  see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information

Contact information is stored with in Sprout Studio’s CRM system that I’m subscribed to. Information is not shared with any 3rd parties and can be asked to be removed at any time. All information can be exported and deleted at any time by the photographer.
